Children and adults all over the world enjoy chicken drumsticks and this is a guaranteed way of getting a healthy portion of protein with tons of flavor. The cayenne pepper can be excluded for children too young or those that are not used to spicy food. I serve these drumsticks with steamed rice or nan bread and a simple cucumber salad. - Mona
