Special thanks to my sous chefs, my husband, Mike and my daughter, Maya. A special mention also goes out to Maya for decorating the pumpkins so beautifully. The making of this dish turned out to be a fun family event for us, and hopefully it can for some of you too. Hope everyone has a fun and spooky Halloween!! -Shalini
