Secondary Spices and Flavorings-
Ground cardamom- 1/2 tsp
1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup raisins
1 tbs chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tbs butter, melted
1 egg white, whipped
1 tbs chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine the Ground Cardamom, oats, brown sugar, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl.
Separately, combine the milk, applesauce, butter, and egg.
Add milk mixture to oat mixture and stir well.
Pour the combined mixture into small ramekins coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
