1 1/2 cups of Jalapeno Masala Chutney (see recipe here)
1 lb of Chilean Sea Bass
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the fish on a foil covered oven proof sheet.
Squeeze some lime juice on the fish.
Drizzle the Chutney to completely cover the fish.
Serve warm with vegetables or salad.
